  1. The site Caregivers4u, 4caregivers, is operated by "Avi-Ad Welfare Services Ltd" and/or by any related parties and/or its subsidiaries.
  2. For further: “The Operator”.
  3. The site Caregivers4u, 4caregivers is offered to the user on condition that he will accept with no changes the terms, and/or the instructions, and/or notes, included in this document, the use of this site states the acceptance of the User Terms, and/or the Instructions, and/or notes.
  4. The Operator keeps for itself the right to change, and/or add, and/or improve the User Terms from time to time, at any needed time, without any warning, and/or according to his professional discretion, and upon the condition that the improved version will be published in the site.

The site use and/or information and/or data receiving about a contact information of any private user and/or caregivers will require from the user to register legally in the legal corporation / agency as per the Operator choice.   The site use – limited for private and/or non commercial user

  6. Also forbidden: to download any commercial content to the site and/or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service and/or other organization.

The site Caregivers4u, 4caregivers is allowed to follow up and/or check any content, and reserves the right to block and/or remove links or materials, which the site determines to be harm to worse, defamatory or obscene, (b) fraud, misrepresentation or deception, (c) violates the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of others, and/or ( d) violates any law or regulation, and/or (e) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to the site, according to its exclusive discretion.

  Responsibility Limitation

In no case, the site Caregivers4u, 4caregivers will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, and/or consequential damages, and/or any damages or other compensation demands of any kind, even in case, that the possibility of such damages would be noticed to the site Caregivers4u, 4caregivers, whether it will be the claim of remissness, written in contract OR ANY OTHER THEORY, whether regarding use ability, and/or performance of information, services, products and materials available from this site.
  Forfeits
  1. The Operator reserves for itself the right, while it will be found out through the site that the rights have been broken, and according to its own exclusive discretion, to do one of the following:

  Privacy Policy
  1. Using of this website in order to find a job or, alternatively, to find a caregiver, requires first registration, providing personal information that you'll be asked for.   1. אתר 4 הורינו (caregivers4u, 4caregivers), מופעל ע"י חברת “אביעד רווחה בע"מ” או על ידי הצדדים הקשורים אליה או חברות הבת שלה  (להלן: "המפעילה")
  2. אתר 4 הורינו (caregivers4u, 4caregivers), מוצע למשתמש בתנאי שיקבל ללא שינוי את התנאים, ההוראות וההודעות הנכללים במסמך זה, שימוש באתר זה מהווה הסכמה של המשתמש לתנאים , הוראות והודעות אלה.
  3. המפעילה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לשנות, להוסיף ולעדכן את תנאי השימוש מעת לעת, בכל זמן שיידרש, ללא צורך בהודעה מראש על פי שיקול דעתה המקצועי, ובתנאי שהנוסח המעודכן יפורסם באתר .

  5. נאסר העלאת , הפצת או פרסום באמצעות האתר תוכן שהוא בגדר לשון הרע, השמצה, תועבה, איום, פלישה לפרטיות או פגיעה בזכויות פרסום, חומר שהוא בגדר שימוש לרעה, חומר לא חוקי או חומר מעורר התנגדות בדרכים אחרות, או חומר המהווה עבירה פלילית או עידוד לעבירה פלילית, חומר המפר את זכויותיו של צד כלשהו או חומר אשר מצמיח אחריות או מפר כל חוק בדרך אחרת.

  2. כל משתמש פרטי עובר דרך הבדיקה של מפעיל האתר 4 הורינו (caregivers4u, 4caregivers), האתר שומר לעצמו את הזכות לבדוק, או לעקוב אחר משתמשים פרטיים ועובדים סיעודיים,לא לחבר בין משתמש פרטי לעובד הסיעודי מכל סיבה שהיא על פי שיקול דעתה המקצועי הבלעדי.

ניהול משתמשים ותוכן.

אתר 4 הורינו(caregivers4u, 4caregivers), רשאית לעקוב או לבדוק תכנים ושומרת על זכותה לחסום או לסלק תקשורות או חומרים אשר לפי קביעתה פוגעים לרעה, מהווים לשון הרע או תועבה, (ב) תרמית, הטעיה או הולכת שולל, (ג) מפרים זכויות יוצרים, סימני מסחר או זכויות קניין רוחני אחרות של אחרים, או (ד) מפרים כל חוק או תקנה, או (ה) פוגעים או אינם מקובלים מבחינה אחרת על האתר, על פי שיקול הדעת הבלבדי שלה.

  6. תיקון , שינוי של האתר לא תחשב פעולה שתהווה עילה לתביעה או דרישה מצד המשתמש.

הגבלת אחריות.

בשום מקרה אתר 4 הורינו (caregivers4u, 4caregivers), לא תהיה אחראית לנזקים ישירים, עקיפים, מיוחדים, עונשיים, אגביים או תוצאתיים, או לכל נזקים או פיצויים אחרים מכל סוג ומין, אפילו אם נמסרה הודעה מוקדמת לאתר 4 הורינו (caregivers4u, 4caregivers), על האפשרות של נזקים אלה, בין בתביעת רשלנות, בחוזים או על פי כל דוקטרינה אחרת להטלת אחריות, בין אם בקשר לשימוש, לחוסר היכולת להשתמש, או לביצוע, של המידע, השירותים, המוצרים והחומרים הזמינים מאתר זה.

עונשים

    • לתבוע בבית המשפט בגין הפרה.
    • לתבוע בגין ההפרה ולבקש מביהמ"ש הפסקת ההפרה באופן מיידי.
    • המפעילה תהיה רשאית להעביר לידי צד שלישי פרטי התקשרות של המשתמש או המטפל הסיעודי על פי צו שיפוטי של רשות מוסמכת, לשם משלוח הודעות לצורכי שיווק בהנתן הסכמת המפעיל, לשם בדיקת נתונים , עיבוד נתונים או כל שינוי אחר שיידרש על ידי המפעילה או מי מטעמם.

כללי

המפעילה ,רשאית לעדכן תנאים אלה בכל זמן על ידי עדכון פרסום זה. עליך לבקר בדף זה מעת לעת על מנת לבדוק את התנאים שיחולו באותה עת משום שהם מחייבים אותך. הוראות מסוימות הנכללות בתנאים אלה עשויות להידחות מפני הודעות או תנאים משפטיים שנקבעו במפורש ואשר נמצאים בעמודים מסוימים באתר זה.

הצהרת פרטיות
