4Caregivers was built out of years of experience in the nursing care sector as well as the foreign worker manpower services. Die to the global and local changes in the manpower sector, the employment process of both foreign and local caregivers has become bureaucratic and complex, it involves connecting several private and governmental departments.
4Caregivers is designed to assist both sides of the employment; helping the employer find an employee and helping the employee find an employer.

Moreover, all the contact information of both parties will be sent only after registrations and through authorized immigration offices and manpower agencies.

Remember, we are here for you for any question or inquiry. All you have to do is register to the website and we will contact you and do our best to ease your process of hiring a foreign caregiver as well as help you throughout the employment period itself. This website is working with a third party according to manpower regulation, all contacts between an employer and an employee will be made by this third party in every specific country

  Responsibility Limitation

In no case, the site Caregivers4u, 4caregivers will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, and/or consequential damages, and/or any damages or other compensation demands of any kind, even in case, that the possibility of such damages would be noticed to the site Caregivers4u, 4caregivers, whether it will be the claim of remissness, written in contract OR ANY OTHER THEORY, whether regarding use ability, and/or performance of information, services, products and materials available from this site.
  Forfeits
  1. The Operator reserves for itself the right, while it will be found out through the site that the rights have been broken, and according to its own exclusive discretion, to do one of the following:

  1. Using of this website in order to find a job or, alternatively, to find a caregiver, requires first registration, providing personal information that you’ll be asked for. The details will be used for the purpose of publication of the notice, and will be transferred to the database of the company – for direct mail services purposes. The database of the company is legally registered at the Ministry of Justice.

It should be noted, that according to section 11 in privacy protection law providing the personal data is not obligated by law, however, not providing the personal data might cause inconvenience and ineffectiveness of published information. Moreover, it is not possible to use this site without providing data bases, as required, and making the initial registration.
  3. עונשים

כללי

המפעילה ,רשאית לעדכן תנאים אלה בכל זמן על ידי עדכון פרסום זה. עליך לבקר בדף זה מעת לעת על מנת לבדוק את התנאים שיחולו באותה עת משום שהם מחייבים אותך. הוראות מסוימות הנכללות בתנאים אלה עשויות להידחות מפני הודעות או תנאים משפטיים שנקבעו במפורש ואשר נמצאים בעמודים מסוימים באתר זה.
