My name is Chioma Princess Madu.
I am a Nigerian and live in Nigeria. I have a B.Sc in Environmental Science and Resource Management. I also have a certificate in Community Health along side first aid and CPR training and certification.
I am a dedicated, organised, reliable and enthusiastic person. I have excellent interpersonal skills, excellent telephone and in-person communication skills and ability to communicate concisely and confidently at all levels. I have the team player spirit with ability of multitasking. Quick to grasp new skills, ideas and concepts and develop practical solutions to problems. I am a budding young talent with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
Currently, I work as a patient experience officer/frontliner in a healthcare sector. In summary my role is to ensure quality and seemless end to end experience for clients. I have past experience as a medical secretary where I carried out roles such as scheduling and confrimation of appointments and taking phone calls for enquiries. I have a four-years experience as a patient care assistant. As a patient care assistant, my roles was to assist patients with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, dressing for the day, feeding, changing of bed linen, exercise and serving medication. I also provide patient care assistance which includes getting patients to their various points of service (wheeling of immobile patients) and transferring patients from chair to bed, monitoring and recording patients’ vital signs, giving the clinicians update on patients wellbeing and improvement, serving as a chaperone during clinical examinations and carrying out clinical procedures such as minor wound dressing, tray setting for doctors ward round and assisting the doctors and nurses in other patient care routine.
