I am a 27-year-old Danish girl who is always happy, empathetic, and with a huge smile on her face ready to seize and make a difference for people I can. I finished my bachelor’s degree in social education in 2021 and afterward worked on my own NGO I created in Indonesia, providing the underprivileged with the help they need. I am interested in the position because I not only find it extremely interesting, but I genuinely believe that I can bring a skillset, experience, and mindset to make a difference in lifting the role responsibilities to drive compliance and continuous improvements through a digital -and people change mindset.
Social education. My focus when working with children.
I am a calm, flexible, positive, generous, happy, welcoming and outgoing person. I focus on making positive relationships with children, their families, and my colleagues. When you have good relationships, you can cooperate more easily. With the children, it means that they can feel safer and more comfortable around me which enables a better environment for helping the children grow and evolve. I am a very open-minded person who puts the child in focus meaning that I always look at what this specific child needs. I often like to teach children through play; thus, I try to find another way that the children can learn about the subject through playing. Lev Vygotsky says that children at a young age learn better through play and movement. They have an idea in their imagination and it's easier for them to show it through play. There the children will be in flow and feel most comfortable and forget about everything else than the play they are doing. Every child needs to feel safe. Every child needs to be loved.
Teaching, TEFL certificate, Teaching English as a foreign language.
After I finished my bachelor's degree in social education, I have been teaching underprivileged children in Indonesia in English. I was looking for a better way to teach, and to achieve more knowledge, that’s why I studied and achieved the TEFL certificate. Good teachers know how to motivate their students and get the best out of them. This is closely linked to a number of other skills - the motivational teacher is a good communicator, is empathetic, has passion for what they do, and knows how to bring their subject to life. Through this study and experience, I gained more knowledge about teaching physically but also online, making it possible for students can learn English online. I use different kinds of tools depending on the student I'm teaching, this could be platforms with animation, quizzes, games, etc.
Problem-solving, customer support, helping people.
Customer service plays an important role in attracting and retaining customers. Businesses can leverage good customer service to boost sales. Empathy, good communication, and problem-solving are core skills in providing excellent customer service. It retains customers and extracts more value from them. By providing top-notch customer service, businesses can recoup customer acquisition costs. I have worked on different platforms and gained more knowledge about how to make the service ideal, better manage, and improve the customer experience. More specifically, these tools may help manage customer support requests—collecting, analyzing, assisting with, and reporting on cases. My main words and focus during working with customer support in any kind are Positive, Listening, Adaptability, Calm, and Empathy.

Throughout my career, my open mindset, high learning agility, and commitment to always put the company first have given me incredible opportunities to acquire and continuously grow and strengthen my “toolbox” within business optimization, analytics, digitalization, childcare, teaching online, and people management. My attitude to always learn, study, and investigate the problems in front of me to tailor solutions fitting the circumstances (scenario, people, culture, and infrastructure) is what has made my journeys into stories of success.
I don’t believe in just doing “the good enough”. I am my own worst critic which I have found to be my blessing: having high standards for everything that I deliver and being in constant competition with myself to always do better from the day before, means that I never feel comfortable only putting in “half the effort”. With me, you will get 110%. It is my professional integrity to always deliver above expectations in anything I do. It is quite difficult for me to properly describe my level of dedication and loyalty to constantly wanting to drive organizations to new levels. My loyalty and constant care to always do what is best for the organization is what enables me to always go the extra mile: that is just who I am. Having me as a part of your team, you would gain a team player who shares knowledge and ideas, who listens and cares for people and the company strategy, and an employee who will give knowledge but also learn more.
